Threatening a Teacher

If you are a minor, what is the punishment for threatening your teacher?

It depends upon whether the minor is under or over the age of 17.;)

If you are under 17 it would be a juvenile offense of threateing to commit a crime, or an adult criminnal complaint of the same if you are over 17.

You or your parents should retain an attorney to represent you and not discuss this with anyone other than that attorney as this could have serious consequences in today's atmosphere.

It is an action in juvenile court, or if it is the school's action the school can take disciplinary action, or both.
