Usury Rates

I am being charged a ridiculously high interest rate, and the credit company is not willing to cooperate with me in creating a payment plan. I need help.

The credit card company has the leverage. I know of nothing that could shift it. Sometimes there are ways to shift the debt to another credit card, at a lower rate, or to get a loan & pay it off.
