Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

We won a civil suit in 2005 in Massachusetts against our Builder.. then after two appeals that were up held we collected the money in escrow and are now trying to collect the balance of money owed. The lawyer that we have has not returned a call or email to us in 3 months since we settled on the escrow money.

That is very worrying. I'm not sure why your money was 'collected in escrow'. I hate to say it, but you may need another lawyer to help you get this money. Have you tried visiting your lawyer's office?
