A felony charge cannot be reduced to a misdemeanor once you have plead out to the felony. The fact that you completed probation and that 2 years have passed has no impact on changing the felonies to misdemeanors. You may be able to get your CORI sealed after May 4, 2012 (the date that amendments to the CORI aw take effect) if you were not convicted of the crimes, i.e. if you received a continuation without a finding (CWOF) or some other non-conviction type disposition.
