21 year old and minors with alcohol
My son is 21 and legal to buy and transport alcohol. however, is driving with his underage girlfriend or another underage friend can he be charged with procuring alcohol for a minor, will his underage girlfriend or friends be charged with minor in possession of alcohol?

I would need more facts to answer your question.
Whose car is the alcohal in? Are there open containers? Where is the beer in the truck, front seat, back seat? This would be a factual question. Could they be charged? Yes. Are they guilty? It depends upon the facts of the case.

I know Michael. The short answer is that there is a risk when someone in the car is younger that the legal age. The cautionary note is that were he to buy something, he should place it in a trunk. He does not want to leave it up to a police office to infer that the under age person has access or was some how involved with this.
