Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
24 year old warrant
I just found out that there is a warrant for my arrest dated 24 years ago. Is there a statute of limitations on it? and if it matters what it was for?

No limits. However, the information underlying the warrant may be long gone.

Get to that Court immediately to clear it up. Don't worry about the statute of limitations.
