Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

15 Year Old Warrant

Have been informed of a warrant in Massachussets issued in 1992. County Clerk says charges are identity theft and motor vehicle registration fraud. Charges have not been arraigned. I live in Texas and need to find out how to get this cleared up.

You should hire a Mass lawyer to get this case resolved. In Texas, if a case lingers for too long, and the person can show that they were easily located, then the warrant will be quashed. I do not know if Mass has similar caselaw.
