Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
About 8 years ago I ordered a product from a company. When it arrived, I called them and said that I never received it, so they sent me a replacement.
I feel bad about this because I was clearly wrong and have since made positive changes in my life, so I just want to make good on the debt that I owe this company.
The value of the product I purchased from the company is worth about ( $200 ), and I'd be happy to pay it back, however I would like to know how to do this without being subjected to any disproportionate penalties or legal action by the company to which I owe this debt to.
Please provide me with some insight on this matter.
Thank you.
