Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
who has access to a convict's presentence report and can the public view a convict's hearing and court case via the internet? do hippa and other privacy laws apply?

Usually the defense attorney, the ADA, and ultimately the court.
The public does not usually have such access.
Why is that a concern?
