Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

i was acused for shoplifting in b j store they look at the video which i brought in the store a coffee machine but my girlfreind didnt bring the receipt and other parts to the coffe machine so i said you cant return it so we shop and bought what we had to thhen leaving they ask about the coffe machine in which we came in with so ahe left the store to try to find the recept so i stayed there in the store for 80min then the police came and looked at the video and stated to me that i will get a letter to go to court for shoplifing and i did get 1 so my girl never found the slipbut i want to sue them for false swhoplifting charnge so what can i do my court date is the 29 th i like to make a civil sue ok

YOu should have your girlfriend bring the receipt and show that it was not stolen.
