Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
alibi
i was accused of molestation of a 22 yr old female of molestation, on the date reported (the allegation), she was nowhere around, i was at home with my family.
we have submitted (6) letters all signed and witnessed to an attorney stating that we were home at the time and date claimed.
problem is, the attorney never returns my calls so as i may find out if these letters are sufficient as true alibis?
i also copied a movie guide to the letter and an aol readout to prove that my son was on the computer at that time and he has eye line view of my wife and i watching the tv movie. what are your thoughts? thank you

Re: alibi
I do not know who "we" are. There should be an organized and tactical approach to solving the allegations. You also need to advise at what stage of the proceedings you are, and whether you are represented with counsel who is familiar with criminal defense.
Re: alibi
You seem to have done a decent amount of research as to your whereabouts on the date in question. This is excellent information for your defense. Your defense attorney should discuss how and when that information will be best utilized in your defense. To the point of the attorney not returning your calls, there is not much I can say or do about that.
