Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
argument
I live in a apartment building with a designed parking spot, as I was coming in to my spot I was asked (brutly) to move my car by some movers moving someone else in, I refused because the whole parking lot was frozen and I was afraid me or my daughter falling (this movers had more than enough space to move anything in and had other entrances better than that one)they started calling me the ugliest words a ever heard and making comments about certain female medical conditions that I most have (all in front of my daughter) it come to the point that one of the guys come two inches of my face.
It's been two weeks since this happen, I haven't been able to leave my house to go to work or anywhere, I'm afraid of finding this guys somewhere.
I don't know what to do put I thing the moving company should have some explaining to do.

Re: argument
Residential movers often use ex-cons or felons to move residential belongings. Moving company owners provide no benefits, do not contribute to social security, etc. They provide "under the table" jobs to men who cannot otherwise get regular employment, who might be homeless, and who might, in fact, not even be working at the moving company on a daily basis.
Although the owner is likely to be of little help, because he really cannot be, you are NOT likely to be in any danger whatsoever. The movers were likely only venting their anger at their condition when they said the things you took as lewd and rude. They probably could not care less of what you felt and probably have already forgotten you. Like most of us, you are probably NOT all that memorable. Your discomfort now is self-caused.
Some of those men might have said hurtful things because they were in jail because of their girlfriends who said they were violating restraining orders. They are angry at ROs, VAWA, CAPTA, DV laws. Many can no longer trust women.
The tragedy, of course, is the failure of women to admit their participation in the ruination of the American family. They are not just innocent soccer moms.
Unfortunately for you, the guys might have had a hard day before you arrived and were not as tolerant as you wanted them to be. They had started moving the contents of an apartment and you came along wanting to usurp the space they adopted to perform their work. You thought first of YOUR INconvenience and NOT theirs.
You should perhsps call the moving company and apologize.
