Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I was arrested for a crime but not convicted for it. I plead out to a lessor charge. Is it possible to have the original arrest removed from my record. if so how would I go about it

The police report stands for ever. You can however, have your Criminal record sealed.

You could have it sealed depending on the time frame, or you could have it expunged.
