How Assault and Batteries Charges can be removed

A friend of mine has been charges with Assault and Battery and he is not guilty. If he request the charges to be ''sponge'' removed. Can be that possible and how much will cost. What did he need to do?

The preceding answer you received in premature. Your friend needs to defend himself against the criminal charges by retaining counsel competent in criminal defense. The other issues will have to await the resolution of the matter in court.
