Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Assault

I am being charged w/2 counts of assault w/dangerous weapon and two counts of intent to commit a crime.Ther is no one testifying. They also have attached to me a GPS braclet and have imposed a curfew. I am going to court Monday (tomorrow) to try and get a amendment to my bail release. How should my atty handle it.

If you have to ask that question, it suggests that there is something amiss in your trust and communication with your attorney.

Of course, if you are trying to compare another person's view to that which your attorney has suggested, that is something else.

Then you should indicate what your attorney has suggested, and ask for opinions.
