assault with a dangerous weapon

I was falsely charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and rape. My case was thrown out of court because my accuser did not appear at the trial. Can my accuser be arrested for falsely accusing me and who would I contact to do this. Can I sue the state for this.

No, you cannot sue the state.

If you believe the person perjured themselves, contact the police department.
