A 40yr old man grab my son by the throt. what can can I do.I have no witnesses that he did that.But he has a witness that he didnt do it.

Your son (or you, if you son is a minor) can file an application for a criminal complaint at the local district court. There will be a semi-formal hearing where a clerk magistrate will hear all evidence and decide if there is enough to press criminal charges against the alleged assailant.

You have the choice by Mr. Lev. You also have a choice is seeking the help of your local police department. It is better if the complaint is filed by the police. If there are bruises, then take pictures. In any event, you should take your son to the doctor, and have the doctor do an examination.
