recently a false report was made to

dss by a former neighbor who has

been harrassing me in any way she

can find the case worker went to my

sons school to question him she

asked do i ask him to leave the room

when i do drugs . does he see me sell

drugs when i was arrested wher di

he go . yes i was arrested for

posession of drugs and i have not

been found guilty my son never

knew that i was arrested what for or

anything at all about drugs until she

told him do i have a case

In almost all cases, the person reporting to DSS is immune from suit. If you believe that this person is a problem, there is a potential for a superior court civil restraining order.
