trying to get into australia and a question on the eta is, has the applicant ever had a criminal conviction?
i got an oui in 2013 but the oui and negligent driving were solved with a cwof while the speeding violation and marked lanes resulted in a ticket.
i am wondeing if i have to answer yes even tho the two charges were dropped with a cwof.

You can answer "no". CWOF stands for Continued without a Finding. This means that while you admitted guilt the judge did not enter a finding of guilty. After you complied with the terms of probation the case was dismissed. Speeding and marked lanes are offenses and not crimes. You were not found guilty. You were found responsible.
