Auto Criminal Charges expiring

I just realized that in 08/13/1992 a have a warrant for a violation of 90/23/D LICENSE SUSPENDED, OPERATE MV WITH. I found out by a search in the Internet today. I do not recall anything abnormal during that time. I left MA with 1 unpaid ticket but nothing more. I got married in 08/22/92 so I believe that I have left at that time 08/13/92. My college car was shipped to Puerto Rico in June-July so I am confused on this item. Since more than 10 years has gone by did it expired. How can I find information about this without getting into trouble. I am confused
