Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I'm not sure if you are aware of what recently happened in mass. This guy had a 3 life time sentences, and had gun charges plus many more charges. He was out on parol and killed a polIce officer. My question is are they going to deny parol to everyone with a gun charge, my brother in law is in the worcester county and is waiting for the letter to get parol. Do you happen to know if there going too stop it or is everyone eligible still going to get it?

The law has not changed in the aftermath of this crime, but I cannot predict the future to answer your question. I think we will all just have to wait and see how it all shakes out.
