I have a bench Warrant. I have a possession charge along w/ violating school zones. I would like to know how all of this will affect my sentencing process when my case is in review?

Re: Bail jumping w/ possession charges
If you are in default it will affect the bail request that the District Attorney's office would make when you remove the default but it usually does not affect the sentence that you would receive on a plea or after a trial. The recommendations and the sentence that you would receive are normally based upon your prior record and the facts of the case. Hope that this helps. Martha Kovner
