Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Bench warrant/ airport

Hi, I have a bench warrant for failure to appear in court for gun charges (possession of fire arm w/o license) and i want to fly to another state to visit a friend and i was wondering if the warrant will show up at the airport. I would think the answer would be yes but i have two valid identification documents with a slightly different date of birth. one is a state issued license, which i used at the time of my arrest and booking, and another is a passport from a different country which also has the same name but with a middle name also and the same month and day but different year . i know this is confusing but please bare with me. i left the country and returned w/o any problems before because I believe the date of birth on my passport and green card did not match the warrant that was issued. I was also informed by a customs agent a few years ago ( b4 the warrant) that i had to different files.

and the only reason they even noticed it was because the picture on my passport was very old so i had to present to them my drivers license. and they noticed the discrepancy

between the two documents so they did a background

check. so did i just get lucky last time when i reentered the country or am i safe to fly? please help!
