If the warrant was issued from Massachusetts, there are a number of factors which will influence the Courts bail determination. The factors include, but are not limited to, the nature and circumstances of the crime, the Court issuing the warrant, your criminal record, your ties to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the potential penalty you face. It may be a matter that can be cleared up by paying court costs the day you show up to remove the warrant, or it could potentially be more serious. Feel free to contact me with further questions.
