Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
my boyfriend is from mass he got a warrant in RI his lawyer at the time advised him that she wold take care of the warrant after she takes care of his massachusetts obligations well he got sentenced and has been incarcerated since july 28 2011 and is due to be released from a bristol county jail on dec 12 but as of last week i got a arraignment paper in the mail from warwick ri on dec 2 but he will still be incarcerated will they change the date and not give him a warrant and if they issue a warrant how long do they have to pick him up from mass and bring to ri
