Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
my boyfriend has a restraining order to protect his 7 year old daughter whom was mollested by her mothers boyfriend when she was 3. we were just informed that her mother allowed her to sleep over this mans house recently. can we get custody of his daughter and what will happen to his daughters mother for allowing this to happen?
