Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
If my boyfriend is under 18 (will be 18 in 2 months) and I am not and he decided to "run away" with me, could i be charged with kidnapping or something else? Basically, can i get in a lot of trouble?

Yes, you can be charged with kidnapping. Since your boyfriend is under 18, he is a minor and you need permission from his parents to travel with him.
