Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Is this British conviction a felony by US standards?
Hi,
Does a guilty plea in England to GBH-assault-s20 equate to a felony conviction in the US for purposes of CBCs/professional board admissions?
Thanks

The application form asks for all court involvements, and their disposition. If you are interested, I can refer you to an attorney who may be in a better position to answer this - but he is not cheap.
