Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Hi, I brought a iPhone from a Seller on iOffer, And I paid with PayPal. I asked him over 6 times if it was 100 percent Authorized Genuine Apple iPhone. He Said yes. Now all he sent me was a iPhone clone/fake iPhone from China. Using the Apple logo without Permission . And with a Compeletly Different function. So Now I go to iOffer No HELP. I Send him emails all over NO HELP. I call PayPal NO HELP. So Do I have a good Case?
