Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
busted for threatening txt's and phone calls
long story short, I flipped out on some guy that vandalized my property and send a few text's and a couple phones, I appeared in front of the magistrate today admitted to the calls and not the text messages (and I'm thinking it was a bad idea) the text messages where not sent from my phone or my home, I guess what I'm asking should i go back and admit to it all before my court date?

You are saying "before your court date" -- does that mean that the complaint was not dismissed at the Clerk's hearing and you are now facing an arraignment? If so, you should retain counsel immediately. I am available to represent you in the Worcester area. Feel free to contact my office for more information.
Re: busted for threatening txt's and phone calls
What is the purpose for admitting. You are merely adding lead to your nose. Disclosure is only good in a place of atornment, not in the court room, and certainly not in a clerk's hearing.
You simply do not want to give others more ammunition.
If you need reprentation, or have any questions, contact me.

Do not admit to anything further. You should have hired an attorney to go with you to the magistrate's hearing. Please hire an attorney who can help you to resolve the case in a manner which is most favorable to you. DO NOT ADMIT TO ANYTHING FURTHER TO ANYONE!!!! If you would like to discuss your case further please feel free to contact me. Hope that this helps. Martha Kovner
