Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Cam someone walk into a courthouse and look at anyones records, if someone has a restraining order on them is it legal for anyone to look at there record?

each court has implemented rules limiting the scope of access to the records of restraining orders. They are still public records, however.
