Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I just cancelled an account from a major Co. in the US because they were stealing from me by sneaking in full charges every other month for a service that i had suspended because of stolen equipment. This Co. also kept using & charging my credit-card with out my authorzation. This Co. just did something to me & now I'm pissed. I want to file a criminal charge of theft, unauthorized use of a credit -card, with the court & I want the government to issue an arrest warrant for the CEO of this Co..& arrest him for my charges. If I used your credit card without you knowing it, then you seen it on your bill, How long would it take you to have me arrested? I'm sick of Big Company's thinking they can screw us without conseqences. Tell me what to do.

Anyone can go to the clerks office at the court that has jurisdiction (where the charges occured-in state-out of state-city-town) and file a criminal complaint against another person. Companies if incorporated are treated as a person for civil and criminal matters. The issue becomes was it illegal for them to do what they did? I dont know all the facts so it is difficult to render a legal opinion here. I would suggest that you consult with an attorney in person or via phone to determine if you have a case be it criminal or civil.
