Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

carjacking/w no victim????

hello my ? is i am bieng charged w a carjacking charge that is the least even plausible. a officer who has had prior dealings w me is alleging that in a pursuit he witnessed me attempt acar jacking ... but the issue is he alleges that while he took me down and subdued me the so called elderly man drove away from the scene by him and another officer and then drove by several local police .. in this crime there is know victim ,no statements ,no 911 call no statments from several pedestrians who wittnessed this as well as a dozen cars stopped watching ..out of me and 12 cars and 5 or so pedestrians mo one seen this crime happen only this officer he lkacks any evidence to even support a accusation as awful as this .. there isnt even a victim to say they were in fact afraid or felt threatened ...thius case has gone on for 11 months they indicted me after 5 months and still there is no victim no nothing just one officers interpretation of what he alleges .. acrime against aperson w no person to contest to the actual fact,,, this is crazy .. i have reaserched 4 hours at a time on the west law ..i have wrote harvard and tried to gain insight into this attrocity but when you are poor the service you get is usually poor to ... thanks

Sounds pretty strange to me. In a case such as this, I would think the district attorney would want to have at least one witness other than the police officer. Hopefully, you have an attorney representing you.
