After a case is dismissed without pred what is the timeline to refile?

More than likely a case is gettin dismissed but I'm told if they choose to they can refile it at a later date so next court date if it gets dismissed than what? I'm free for the moment and get my bail money back? And they will ''consider'' the refiling of charges at a later date? Whats the timeline for refiling?

To refile there are certain standards. The time to refile depends on the statute of limitation for the charge.

Maybe you should consider seeking a dismissal with prejudice.
