Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Enough to charge

Recently my car was stolen. I went to the police station after trying to locate vehicle at the last location i had left it. A Police Officer and a man who claimed as well to be a police officer (man b) confront me as i sit in the lobby. Man B points at me and exclaims ''Thats Him!'' Meanwhile i'm wondering what the hell is going on. Apparently my vehicle was stolen and involved in something bad. The worse part is that there is someone who claims i was the driver that night. If i fill out a stolen vehicle report do they have enough to charge me with pergury (assuming they have one man who claims i was driving the vehicle). Help is appreciated. Thanks

Re: Enough to charge

I agree. Your problem is not one of perjury. Your problem is whether you are going to be charged with the "bad" thing that you are being accused of.
