i am charged with conspiracy and theft over 250 my co defendent took a plea and there is no proof of my involvment what can i say for a defense

Hi. The Commonwealth has to prove either that you actively participated in the theft or that you knew if it and agreed to assist as a "joint venturer." They need facts to prove these allegations. I can't be any more specific without knowing your case a bit better.
