Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I've been charged with driving without a license...I was not pulled over or seen driving. While I was inside the library using the printer (which is recorded) the car slid down a hill and crashed. The officers contest I drive it to the parking spot it slid from. Can I fight this charge?

You can fight any charge. The prosecutor has to prove his case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Absolutely....all they have is circumstantial evidence which may not be enough.
