Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
If someone is charged with a half pound of weed then 9yrs later get his second drug charge but it's a class b the second time..does that person atamaticly get jail time because is second drug charge or if that was only thing the person did wrong would there be a good chance they get probation
