Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

please please please help

I am being charged with larceny over

250 dollars. My arraignment is in front

of a judge on may 21st. Is there any

way i'd still be able to get a clerk's

hearing instead of having to go through

this entire mess.

You may be able to request it be remanded to a clerk's hearing. You should consider retaining an attorney for this. Good Luck!
