Re: charges
You should retain an attorney to determine if you are being actually charged with a crime by the Commonwealth.

Re: charges
Accusations are usually part of the business records of the place where the accusations are recorded. Unless an application for a complaint is made, it should not be part of one's CORI.

Re: charges
The process by which criminal charges are officially lodged against you is the arraignment, which requires that you go to court. If there has been no arraignment, there should be no charges on your record.
