Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Child Pornography

I have been accused of using somebody's checking account to access child pornography websites. Apparently pictures were found on my/my wife's computer. I am on the MA sex offender registry from a juvenile case, which seems the whole basis for me being a suspect. The points in my favor are, I don't even know the lady whose account was used, many of the dates/times the sites were accessed and/or pictures downloaded, I have documented proof that I was elsewhere, plus witnesses, and my wife and I also know, for a fact, who IS responsible for this, and why, but nobody iseven looking at him. I am not, nor have I ever been, interested in children. The incident when I was a juvenile was a one-time occurrence between myself and a frienda couple years younger. Yet the state is trying every way possible to paint a picture of me as a predator, even leading to me being fired from a job because of questions the police asked. What can i do?

Re: Child Pornography

You fail to state what legal posture of your case: for instance, are there charges pending against you, what are the charges, and are you being represented by counsel???
