Child Pornography
Client arrested on child pornography charges. Has a bunch of videotapes in his possession. Defense attorney wants copies of these tapes to help in his defense. Govenerment says no because if they give defense copies they would be disseminating. So can the government deny defense attorney copies?

The government cannot charge someone with a crime and not let them see the evidence that will be used to convict them. Pleae call me at (800) 313-9619. we are experts in this area of the law.
