This is a serious charge . You should retain an attorney as soon as possible or if you can not afford to do so, request the court appointed one to represent you. You should speak ONLY with your attorney about this matter.

Good Luck!

This is a common question, and the usual answer is whether it can be proven, and if it can, what are the facts, your history and the other factors come into play.

If you need assistnace, or represenation contct me.

First, if you can afford an attorney you should hire one as soon as possible. If you can't, and you are eligible, you have the option of court-appointed counsel.

The worst that can happen when you appear in court is that you can get held without bail because the Commonwealth wants to try to prove that you are dangerous.

It depends on your record and on the facts of your case. The Commonwealth may ask for bail, or you may be released on your own with a promise to appear in court on the next date.

Good luck!
