How well does the charge of conspiracy to violate a drug law hold up in court when the only evidence is from a wire tap?

It depends on the quality of the wire tap, the quality and scope of the information, and the authority to conduct the wire tap. If you or someone you know is being charged with conspiracy related to the possession, distribution or trafficking in drugs, you need an attorney.
