Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Cori
A CORI check is showing a felony charge on my record (for felony assault and battery). It's untrue. It's extremely defamatory. How do I get it off my record. And can I sue the state for putting it on my record. I don't want it ''sealed'', or hidden, I want it OFF. Thank you.

You need to first see probation, and then you may have to go into court to resolve this.
