Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

CORI Record

I recently requested a copy of my CORI record. I found some inaccurate dates. I also found my social security number and my parents names listed in the CORI record. Can MA CORI legally list my SS number and names of my parents? and must they correct inaccurate dates of court appearances? How can these issues be corrected or removed?
