Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I was out of the country and my daughters boyfriend stole my car and crashed it and abandoned my car now the town of southbridge is trying to make me pay the fees and they have suspended my licence what should i do or what can i do

It is your responsibility, and you can file an action against the boyfriend, and also speak to the police about filing a criminal complaint. Over the short run, doing everything to reinstate your license should be your priority.
