Depends on the charges and the court-some may allow it via a motion-others will want you there. Contact my office 774-745-0562 we have attorneys that can handle the matter for you.

You should contact an attorney in the state where you are charged. I appear for people with Massachusetts charges in their absence all the time. I handle matters for people from all over the country charged in Mass courts. Typically I can work most of the case without them present and depending on the charges, sometimes I can even resolve the case in their abscense. If your charges are in MA call me at (508) 752-7500 or (877) 752-7501 toll free.
