If a person is being indited for a felony but need medical attentiondue to possible life threating illness(with proof) can his arrainment be postpone until his medical condition is stable?

His attorney can seek a postponement, or seek that he be arraigned in absentia.

Yes you can. Have your attorney provide proof to the court of your condition on your doctor's letterhead and that should resolve the issue for you.
