if person was found guilty without finding in DUI, how it would be reflected in his criminal record while he is looking for a new job?

The charge appears. It may vary, but it will say CWOF on the line below the charge. To be sure how yours reads, I would seek a copy of your criminal record after the probation period is over. You should also ask the lawyer who represented you. You can order a copy of the criminal record from the state. If you need more information, contact me on Monday.
